Application Owner Collaboration & Productivity

You will be Application Owner Collaboration & Productivity within the Global Application Support (GAS) team.

Within this role, you are responsible for applications in this domain: Microsoft 365 (Teams) and Paperless office consisting of KTA, Repstor Custodian and SharePoint DMS.

You develop the roadmap for these applications and participate in further developments and improvements. You coordinate running activities on the short, medium and long term. You focus on the user adoption for collaboration using Microsoft 365 (Teams) within the Viterra EMEA organization.

Your role in our network

  • Pro-actively support vision, strategy and roadmap for Collaboration & Productivity (C&P.
  • Requirements gathering, together with the business analyst, to translate demand to functional designs.
  • Ensure ongoing user support of the C&P application environment.
  • Maintain product knowledge of Office 365 and other related tooling.
  • Maintain industry knowledge of Collaboration and DMS developments.
  • Enable and maintain user groups for Collaboration within the international Viterra user network.

Who are we looking for?

  • Broad general knowledge about IT.
  • Experience and knowledge regarding user adoption of Microsoft 365 specifically collaboration using Microsoft Teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Enterprise Content Management environment.
  • Good presentation skills, and ability to communicate with various audiences, including process owners, end users, managers, and members of the IT team.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision, problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
  • Skilled requirements gathering and creating functional designs.
