Are you a proactive HR student who is eager to learn in an international environment?
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern (32 hours) to join our HR-team! You will join a diverse and enthusiastic team with a professional and hands on mentality and an informal way of working. The HR team consists of our Executive Manager HR, our HR Department Head, our HR Coordinator and 7 HR Business Partners. We work together with 2 HR Officers, a recruitment team, and a salary administration team. Together, we are responsible for the whole HR-cycle of approximately 600 employees based in the Rotterdam office.
With this internship at Viterra, our goal is to kick off your career as HR-professional in a professional and international environment. As our HR Intern we ask you to be proactive and take on responsibilities with the guidance of our HR Business Partners and take the lead in your own development.Besides gaining knowledge about many HR aspects, you will be involved in different HR processes and projects, such as vitality, succession planning, traineeships and learning & development.
